Terms & Conditions
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and [Your registered business name] for use of Master Minds AI. By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.
1. What the Service is
Master Minds AI is an independent study tool. It generates written answers from libraries of Christian scholars’ publicly available debates, lectures and writing, and shows the sources it used. It is not the scholars, is not operated by them, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them. Their names identify whose published arguments each library is drawn from.
Answers are produced by AI. They are a summary and restatement of the material, not a scholar’s own words, and they are not a statement of their current views. Where a library holds nothing on a question, the answer is researched elsewhere and labelled as such.
2. Accounts
- You need an account, a valid email address and to be 16 or older.
- Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to.
3. Price, billing and automatic renewal
- The Service is sold as a one-time access fee, which includes an initial period, followed by a monthly usage fee. The current amounts and the length of the initial period are shown on the pricing section of the site and again on the payment page before you pay.
- The monthly fee renews automatically, every month, until you cancel. The date of the first monthly charge is shown before you pay.
- Payment is taken by Base44 Payments (Wix Payments). We never see or store your card details.
- You may cancel at any time by writing to the contact address below. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If we change the fees, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change applies to you, and you may cancel first.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until it clears.
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes are added where the law requires.
Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or defame anyone.
- Do not submit other people’s sensitive personal information, or material you have no right to share.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, rate limits or access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users.
- Do not scrape, copy or resell the Service or its output as a competing knowledge base, or use automated means to extract the library.
- Do not use the Service to present AI output as a scholar’s own words, or as advice from them.
5. Material you add
If you hold the owner account, you may add transcripts, links or text to a chatbot’s library. Any member may leave a review of the Service, and the name given with it is shown publicly on the site. You keep ownership of what you add or write, and you grant us a licence to store, index and process it solely to operate the Service.
Publish only what you are willing to have read by anyone, and nothing unlawful, misleading, defamatory or abusive towards another person. We may remove a review, and close the account that posted it, if it breaches these terms.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to use everything you add — including any permission required by the site it came from, such as YouTube’s Terms of Service, and any rights held by the speakers or copyright owners in a recording or transcript. You are responsible for claims brought by third parties about material you supplied.
We may remove material, and close the account that supplied it, if we receive a valid complaint about it.
6. Our content
The Service, its interface and its library are protected by intellectual property law. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own study. Everything else — copying, redistributing, publishing or training another model on the library — is not permitted.
7. AI output is not advice
Replies are generated text and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and they can misfire on the material they are given. They are not legal, medical, financial, psychological or pastoral advice, and they are not a substitute for speaking to a qualified person. Check anything you intend to rely on or repeat.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, write to [you@your-domain.com] with: your name and contact details; identification of the work; the exact location of the material you object to; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your signature.
We remove or disable the material while we review it, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same information and an explanation of why the removal was an error.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance or if a provider we rely on fails.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights, and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you breach these terms, if we are required to, or if we discontinue the Service — in which case we refund any period you have paid for but not received.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State / Country], and disputes may be brought in its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory consumer law and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
13. General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us. We may update these terms; the date above shows the version you are reading, and material changes are announced by email.
